How results are measured

VALUED AT

The price a property is given prior to Victoria’s engagement. In other words, if the property was to be presented for sale “as is” and without the implementation of recommended upgrades and staging.

SOLD FOR

The price each property sells for after Victoria and her team’s involvement.

VALUE VS SOLD

The specific increase to the property’s value from Victoria’s and her team’s engagement.

MULTIPLE OFFERS & QUICK

CLOSE

95% of the listings Victoria and her team work on, generate interest from multiple buyers and sell quickly. Multiple offers: two or more ratified offers received. Quick close: sold between 5-day and 30-day period.

STAGING

The investment made by the seller(s) in staging services. Since each property is unique, fees vary per engagement type. Full staging: an empty house where all rooms and outdoor spaces are completely staged by Victoria and her team. Partial staging: select rooms of a home and/or when clients selected pieces are mixed with Victoria’s inventory.

COSMETIC UPGRADES

These staging projects have undergone recommended upgrades, typically ranging in investment from $10K - $60K in addition to staging before listing.
